Our Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any of the reasons below, simply send us an email with your order # and a picture of the damage or production error within 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to issue a reorder at absolutely no cost to you.
We issue replacements or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Your product arrived visibly damaged from shipping.
- The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.)
- The product that arrived was misprinted, misaligned, noticeably faded or blurry or any other visible defect.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
